Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Inc. signs agreement to extend relationship and re-launch its New Jersey online casino brand, Caesars Casino, on NYX's market leading platform.
Las Vegas, Nevada, June 21, 2016: NYX Gaming Group (NYX), a market leading content and technology supplier to lotteries, casinos and gaming operators across the globe, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to expand its partnership with Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Inc. (CIE) to re-launch the CaesarsCasino.com brand on NYX’s market leading Open Platform System (OPS) in New Jersey.
Through the award-winning NYX Open Platform System, CaesarsCasino.com will elevate its player marketing and loyalty services and continue with a growing portfolio of award-winning desktop and mobile games from NYX and its extensive third-party content supplier network.
The terms of the agreement include options that can further deepen the parties’ strategic relationship, pending further expansion of online gaming in the United States and/or CIE’s strategy in New Jersey.
“This is an immense opportunity for NYX and we are thrilled that CIE has chosen to further our partnership”, said Kevin Vonasek, NYX’s Chief Product Officer Americas. "CIE is absolutely a key partner for NYX as we continue to execute our US strategy in anticipation of future casino iGaming expansion beyond New Jersey, Delaware and Nevada. This agreement is a testament to both the quality and flexibility of our platform and the exceptional working relationship we've enjoyed with CIE to date."
Marco Ceccarelli, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for CIE commented, “CaesarsCasino is excited to be supported by an award-winning and deeply-functional platform in NYX’s OPS. The platform and games will undoubtedly be catalysts for future growth in New Jersey.“
This latest deal follows the September 2015 launch of NYX casino content with CaesarsCasino.com and further reinforces the NYX strategy to grow its international profile as the leader in digital gaming solutions.
